<IMPORTANT NOTICE> Application for your Visa

 

This is an announcement about your Student visa.
After your admission as a research student is granted, a Notification of
Admission results will be sent out to every applicant in the end of
December.

If you need to obtain (or renew) a student visa for enrolling in April,
please promptly inform the Student Affairs Section of the situation by
email.
In recent years, it takes longer time to receive the Certificate of
Eligibility because of increasing international students.

<IMPORTANT NOTICE> Application for your CoE

 

We are writing to you with regard to Student visa.
To obtain Student visa, you have to apply for Certificate of Eligibility
(CoE) first. We are not sure but it usually takes about 4 to 8 weeks for
the screening process at the Immigration office in Japan.

For CoE application, please send us below mentioned requirements so that
we can apply on behalf of you. It would be nice if you send them by
early December.
